14 days to change your mind
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Original condition
Items returned must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for a long time (as in jewelry) and on unscented skin.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following items can be neither taken back nor exchanged:
→ Earrings (or mono earrings) cannot be taken back or exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
→ Jewelry that is clearly personalized.
→ Special orders (made at the customer's request).
Eligible
If your return request complies with all of these conditions, you can make a return request by using the e-mail form and specifying the item(s) you wish to return. You can also use the form in Appendix 1 of the GTCS.
In the event of a request by e-mail, you will receive a reply with the postal address for the return within 24/48 working hours (excluding vacations or closure of the workshop announced on the site).

Sending your return
Be sure to follow these shipping tips for a smooth delivery.
Step 1
Make sure you have complied with the conditions set out in the "".
Step 2
Carefully pack your return using the boxes / pouches supplied with your shipment. You may, if you wish, reuse the bubble envelope if it is in good condition.
Write the address provided in the pre-return request e-mail and your order number on the back of the envelope ( starting with FA-).
Step 3
Go to your nearest "La Poste" point to frank your return with tracking.
Step 4
The tracking return will allow you to follow the delivery to our premises. Once received, it will be processed within 14 days (exchange or refund).

Return policy
We wish to give you entire satisfaction following your order on Instants Plaisirs.
→ If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
→ You may request a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days (14 days) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision or bear any costs other than the cost of returns.
→ Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). In this case, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
→ Despite the care taken when preparing your orders it may happen that the order does not conform to the one you made (example: item different from the one ordered), for this you must notify Instants Plaisirs by e-mail as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt in order to agree together on a solution.
Special case: If you wish to return an item from an order that includes a free jewel above a certain purchase amount, the latter must be returned to us if the amount of the order after return is less than the amount required for the offer.
Special case: If you wish to return an order that includes a gift card offered with every purchase during a promotional period, the latter will be deactivated and unusable if the order is returned in its entirety.
To make your return you can use the handwritten form in appendix 1 of the general terms and conditions of sale or send a request to Instants Plaisirs by message using the contact page. Once we have received your request, you can return your items (at your own expense and with tracking) in their original, well-protected packaging to the address we will give you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Instants Plaisirs will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of receipt of your return, using the same means of payment you used to place the order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions accepted when you placed your order, the following items can be neither returned nor exchanged:
