Return request

14 days to change your mind
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for long periods of time (such as jewelry) and must not have been worn on perfumed skin.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

→ Earrings (or single earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons .
→ Clearly personalized jewelry .
→ Special orders (made at the customer's request).

Eligible
If your return request meets all of these conditions, you can submit a return request using the email form and specifying the item(s) you wish to return. You can also use the form in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

If you submit your request by email, you will receive the postal address for the return shipment within 24/48 business hours (excluding holidays or workshop closures announced on the website).

Sending your return

Be sure to follow these shipping tips to ensure smooth delivery.

Step 1
Ensure that you have complied with the conditions set out in the "".

Step 2
Carefully pack your return using the boxes/pouches provided with your shipment. You may reuse the bubble envelope if it is in good condition.

Write the address provided in the return pre-request email and your order number on the back of the envelope (starting with FA-).

Step 3
Go to a "La Poste" location near you to post your return with tracking.

Step 4
The return tracking number will allow you to track the shipment to our premises. Once received, it will be processed within 14 days (exchange or refund).

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Instants Plaisirs.

→ If you change your mind, for whatever reason, you can return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

→ You can request a refund or exchange , subject to the following conditions:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days (14 days) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or bear any costs other than the return shipping costs.

→ Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). In this context, you are liable. Any damage to the product during this process may invalidate the right of withdrawal.

→ Despite the care taken in preparing your orders, it may happen that the order does not match the one you placed (e.g., item different from the one ordered). In this case, you must notify Instants Plaisirs email as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt in order to agree on a solution.

Special case: If you wish to return an item from an order that included a free piece of jewelry for purchases above a certain amount, the jewelry must be returned to us if the order amount after the return is less than the amount required for the offer.

Special case: If you wish to return an order that includes a gift card offered for any purchase during a promotional period, the gift card will be deactivated and unusable if the order is returned in its entirety.

To make your return, you can use the handwritten form in Appendix 1 of the general terms and conditions of sale or send a request to Instants Plaisirs message using the contact page. Once we have received your request, you can return your items (at your expense and with tracking) well protected in their original packaging to the address that will be provided to you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Instants Plaisirs refund the amounts paid within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method used when placing the order.
