Deliveries

Yes, we ship worldwide to your complete satisfaction! Little plus: For purchases over €80, we offer free delivery (excluding Advent calendars).

This depends on your delivery address. Orders are completed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours* (excluding creations). Then the carrier takes over. It is then necessary to allow an additional 24 to 48 hours on average.

Deliveries abroad may take a few extra days (due to changes in carrier Bpost, Deusche Post, Correos... and customs).

In view of the unprecedented times we are going through, these deadlines are purely indicative, and some delays are sometimes encountered, much to our disappointment.

*During vacation periods, the delivery time will be indicated before the order is confirmed.

We are a partner of the La Poste group in France. For shipments abroad, La Poste provides a relay with its local equivalents(Bpost, Deusche Post, Correos...).

Of course! This remains possible as long as you haven't received a dispatch e-mail. To do so, simply contact us via our dedicated page.

It can happen that a parcel takes a little longer than usual to arrive, this particular case is beyond our control.

We advise you to wait 1 or 2 additional days before contacting the carrier(3631 for La Poste in France).

If, unfortunately, these actions do not lead to a solution, you can contact us.

Initially, we advise you towait an extra day (letter carrier's error), then contact your neighbors/caretaker (these people often take delivery for you, even though you didn't choose to do so).

If this search yields no results, you can contact the nearest distribution center to request a survey, or call 3631 directly.

You can also contact our team to explain the situation.

When you place your order, you have 2 choices:

Delivery by recorded delivery without insurance and delivery by registered mail with delivery against signature and insurance.

Occasionally, your order may be returned to us due to incorrect access or addressing (when filling in the address when placing an order), or due to the lack of a name on the letterbox.

In this case, we have to wait for the return and discuss the reason for the non-delivery.

We invite you to send us an e-mail as soon as you are aware of this event.

In accordance with our GCS, in the event of delivery outside Metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier. These must be paid by the recipient on receipt of the parcel.

Returns

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order (as evidenced by the tracking of the Post Office) to return the item(s) that do not suit you.

To request a return, you can use the handwritten form in Appendix 1 of the General Terms and Conditions or send an e-mail using our contact form.

Please note: customizations are unique and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For obvious reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

For more details, please refer to our exchange and refund policy "Article 6" of our General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of retraction or exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Instants Plaisirs will pay for return shipping costs following an exchange.

At Instants Plaisirs we prefer to offer you a fair price that doesn't include these costs in the purchase price. (And yes, why pay if you never return your items?).

You can check that your parcel has been delivered to us using the tracking number (provided by the post office when you sent it).

For organizational reasons, we cannot give you advance notice of your return to our premises.

Once we have received the goods, we have 14 days to exchange or refund them .

In general, your returns are processed within 7 to 10 days, although this timeframe is not contractually binding.

Products

We restock our raw materials several times a week, but a new product may not be renewed.

You'll find an availability alert on the product page, so don't hesitate to leave your e-mail address and we'll send you a message as soon as it's back in stock!

Controls

No need to panic! Sometimes, order confirmation or shipping e-mails are mistakenly considered as spam or junk mail by certain messaging services. In this case, you can check to see if the e-mail is not there.

It can also happen that the e-mail address provided contains a typing error. In this case, you can send us an e-mail to ask us to correct it, specifying the e-mail address.

Like many e-shops, in order to be fair to all our customers, an item placed in Cart is not reserved and may disappear if another customer places an order more quickly.

When you place an order, whether you choose the CB or Paypal payment method, the debit is made when the order is validated and not when it is dispatched.

Promo Code | Gift Card

Promo codes are not automatic.

At Instants Plaisirs we are committed to offering you products at the fairest prices.

However, it may happen that for a specific reason (credit note, compensation etc...) you benefit from a promotional code.

Promotional periods may also occur (Black Friday, Christmas etc...) in which case, if a code is activated, it is indicated on the home page.

It's very simple, just add your items to your Cart and proceed to checkout.

On the right-hand side of the checkout page, it will say "Got a promo code?".

Simply click on the plus sign, enter the code and press "Apply".

Your promotional code will be automatically applied to and reflected in your order total.

Please note: only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or to the purchase of a gift card. Certain additional exclusions may apply.

Gift cards are available on our e-shop!

You can choose any amount, from €20 to €200. Cards are valid for 12 months on the entire site, and can be used in installments.

Would you like to send a gift to a loved one?

Enter his address as the delivery address and yours as the billing address.

My customer area

By default, no customer account is required when placing an order. If you wish to benefit from this service, simply register.

To connect to your customer area from a computer :

Click on"Account", then enter your e-mail address and password and click on "Login",

From a smartphone :

Click on the mobile menu at the top left >> Login >> Enter your e-mail address, then your password and click on "Login".

If you haven't created an account, this is normal. Simply register and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you have already created an account but can no longer log in, simply send us a request via our e-mail form and we will send you a password reset link.

You can change your password and/or personal information (surname, first name, billing and/or delivery address) at any time from your customer area (if you have already registered).

In accordance with the RGPD as well as the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you, online on this site. To exercise this right, please send an e-mail specifying this request.

To delete your account, simply write to us with your request.
