Deliveries

Yes, we ship worldwide to ensure your complete satisfaction!Bonus:Freeshipping on orders over €50(excluding gift boxes and Advent calendars).

First, it depends on your shipping address. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours*(excluding custom items). After that, the carrier takes over. You should then allow an additional 24 to 48 hours on average.

International shipments, on the other hand, may take a few extra days (due to a change in carrier—Bpost, Deutsche Post, Correos, etc.—and customs clearance).

*Except during holiday periods, the delivery time shown is displayed before the order is confirmed when selecting the delivery option.

We partnerwith La Poste in France and Mondial Relay. For international shipments, La Poste coordinates with its local counterparts (Bpost, Deutsche Post, Correos, etc.).

Of course! You can still do that as long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation email.

However, this depends on how quickly we see your email beforeshipment,which cannot be guaranteed.

Sometimes a package may take a little longer than usual to arrive; this particular situation is beyond our control.

We recommend that you wait an additional 1 or 2 days first, and then contact the carrier (3631 for La Postein France).

If, unfortunately, these steps do not lead to a solution, pleasecontact us.

First, we recommendthat youwait one more day(due to a delivery error)and thencheck with your neighbors or the building superintendent(it often happens that they accept the package on your behalf, even though that wasn't your choice).

If this search does not yield any results, you can contact the nearest distribution center to request an investigation, or call3631 directly.

Finally, please note that when placing your order, you have two options:

Delivery via tracked mailwithout insurance, anddelivery via certified mailwith signature upon deliveryand insurance.

Sometimes, due to an incorrect address or an error in entering the address when placing your order,or because the name is missing from the mailbox, your order may be returned to us.

In this specific case,we need to wait for the return to be processedand, once we receive it, discuss the reason for the non-delivery together.

In accordance with ourTerms and Conditions, for deliveries outside of Metropolitan France,administrative and/or customs fees may be chargedby the carrier. These fees are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the package.

Returns

You have14 days from the date you receiveyour order (as evidenced by La Poste's tracking information) to return any items that do not suit you.

To request a return, you can use the handwritten form provided in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions, or you can submit your request via email using ourcontact form.

Please note:Because of their unique nature, personalized itemscannot be returned or exchanged.

For obvious hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a return or a request for an exchange , the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; however, Instants Plaisirs covers the shipping costs for the replacement item following an exchange.

At Instants Plaisirs , we prefer to offer you a fair price that doesn’t include these fees in the purchase price.(After all, why pay if you never return your items?)

You can check to see if your package has been delivered to us using the tracking number(provided by the post office when you shipped it).

For organizational reasons, we are unable to notify you when your return shipment arrives at our facility.

Once we receive the item,we have 14 days to process the exchange or refund. 

Generally speaking, your returns are processed within 7 to 10 days, although this timeframe is not binding.

Orders

Don't panic!Sometimes order confirmation or shipping notification emails are mistakenly flagged as spamor junk mailby certain email providers. In that case,you can check to see if the email is in that folder.

Sometimes the email address provided contains a typo. In that case, you can send us anemailasking us to correct it, specifying the correct email address.

Like many online stores, and to ensure fairness for all our customers, an item added to a Cart is not reservedand may become unavailable if another customer places their order first.

When placing an order, whether you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal,the charge is processed when the order is confirmed, not when it is shipped.

Promo Code | Gift Card

Promo codes are not applied automatically.

At Instants Plaisirs are committed to offering you products at the fairest prices.

However, there may be times when, for a specific reason (credit, compensation, etc.), you receive a promotional code.

Promotional periods may also take place (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). In such cases, if a promo code is active, it will be displayed on the home page. 

It's very simple—just add your items to your Cart proceed to checkout.

On the right side of the checkout page, it will say, "Do you have a promo code?"

Simply click the plus sign, enter the code, and tap"Apply."

Your promo code will be automatically applied and will be reflected in your order total.

You can choose any amount between €20 and €200. The gift cards are valid for 12 months site-wide and can be used in multiple transactions.
