Deliveries

Yes, we ship worldwide to ensure your complete satisfaction! Bonus: Free shipping on orders over €80 (excluding Advent calendars).

First, it depends on your shipping address. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours* (excluding custom items). After that, the carrier takes over. You should then allow an additional 24 to 48 hours on average.

International shipments, on the other hand, may take a few extra days (due to changes in carriers—Bpost, Deutsche Post, Correos, etc.—and customs clearance).

Given the unprecedented circumstances we are currently facing, these delivery times are purely approximate; unfortunately, delays do sometimes occur.

*Excluding holiday periods, the delivery time is displayed before the order is confirmed when selecting the delivery option.

We partner with La Poste in France. For international shipments, La Poste coordinates with its local counterparts (Bpost, Deutsche Post, Correos, etc.).

Of course! You can still do that as long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation email.

However, this depends on how quickly we receive your email before shipment, which cannot be guaranteed.

To submit a request, simply contact us through our dedicated page.

Sometimes a package may take a little longer than usual to arrive; this particular situation is beyond our control.

We recommend that you wait an additional 1 or 2 days first, and then contact the carrier (3631 for La Poste in France).

If, unfortunately, these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us.

First, we recommend that youwait one more day (due to a delivery error) and then check with your neighbors or building manager (it often happens that they accept the package on your behalf, even though that wasn't your intention).

If this search does not yield any results, you can contact your nearest distribution center to request an investigation, or call 3631 directly.

While you’re conducting this research, you can also contact our team to explain the situation.

Finally, please note that when placing your order, you have two options:

Standard tracked mail without insurance, and registered mail with signature upon delivery and insurance.

Sometimes, due to an incorrect address or a missing name on the mailbox, your order may be returned to us.

In this specific case, we need to wait for the return to be processed and, once we receive it, discuss the reason for the undelivered item together.

Please send us an email as soon as you become aware of this event.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, for deliveries outside mainland France, administrative and/or customs fees may be charged by the carrier. These fees must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the package.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order (as evidenced by the La Poste tracking number) to return any items that do not meet your expectations.

To request a return, you can use the handwritten form provided in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions, or submit your request via email using our contact form.

Please note: Because of their unique nature, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For obvious hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a return or an exchange request, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; however, Instants Plaisirs covers the shipping costs for the replacement item.

At Instants Plaisirs we prefer to offer you a fair price that doesn’t include these fees in the purchase price. (And yes, why pay if you never return your items?)

You can check whether your package has been delivered to us using the tracking number (provided by the post office when you shipped it).

For organizational reasons, we are unable to notify you when your return shipment arrives at our facility.

Once we have received the item, we have 14 days to process the exchange or refund.

Generally speaking, your returns are processed within 7 to 10 days, though this timeframe is not binding.

We restock our raw materials several times a week; however, there may be cases where a new product is not restocked.

Orders

Don't panic! Sometimes order confirmation or shipping emails are mistakenly flagged as spam or junk mail by certain email providers. In that case, please check your spam folder to see if the email is there.

Sometimes the email address provided contains a typo. In that case, you can send us an email asking us to correct it and providing us with the correct email address.

Like many online stores, and to ensure fairness for all our customers, an item added to a Cart is not reserved and may become unavailable if another customer places their order first.

Whether you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal when placing your order, the payment will be charged when the order is confirmed, not when it is shipped.

Promo Code | Gift Card

Promo codes are not applied automatically.

At Instants Plaisirs are committed to offering you products at the most competitive prices.

However, there may be times when, for a specific reason (a gift, compensation, etc.), you receive a promotional code.

Promotional periods may also occur (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). In such cases, if a promo code is active, it will be displayed on the homepage.

It's very simple: just add your items to your Cart proceed to checkout.

On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see"Do you have a promo code?"

Just click the plus sign, enter the code, and click "Apply. "

Your promo code will be automatically applied and will be reflected in your order total.

You can choose any amount between €20 and €200. The gift cards are valid for 12 months throughout the site and can be used in multiple transactions.
