Return Request

Please make sure you comply with our before submitting your request.

14-day return policy
Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for an extended period (such as with jewelry) or on unscented skin.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings (or single earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons .
Highly personalized jewelry .
Special orders (made at the customer’s request).

Eligible
If your return request meets all of these conditions, you may submit a return request using the email form and specifying the item(s) you wish to return. You may also use the form in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

If you submit your request via email, you will receive the return shipping address within 24–48 business hours (excluding holidays or workshop closures announced on the website).

Sending Your Return

Be sure to follow these shipping guidelines to ensure your package arrives safely.

Step 1
Make sure you have met the requirements listed in the "".

Step 2
Carefully pack your return using the boxes or pouches provided with your original shipment. If you wish, you may reuse the bubble wrap envelope if it is in good condition.

Write the address provided in the return request email and your order number on the back of the envelope (starting with FA-).

Step 3
Visit a "La Poste" location near you to send your return package with tracking.

Step 4
The tracking number will allow you to track the shipment to our facility. Once we receive it, we will process it within 14 days (exchange or refund).

Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order from Instants Plaisirs.

→ If you change your mind, for any reason, you can return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them.

→ You can request a refund or an exchange , provided you meet the following conditions:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision or bear any costs other than the return shipping costs.

→ Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). In this regard, you are held responsible. Any damage sustained by the product during this process may invalidate your right of withdrawal.

Despite the care taken in preparing your orders, it may happen that the order does not match what you ordered (e.g., an item different from the one ordered). In this case, you must notify Instants Plaisirs email as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt so that we can agree on a solution together.

Special case: If you wish to return an item from an order that included a free piece of jewelry offered for purchases above a certain amount, the jewelry must be returned to us if the order total after the return is less than the amount required for the offer.

Special case: If you wish to return an order that includes a gift card offered with any purchase during a promotional period, the gift card will be deactivated and rendered unusable if the entire order is returned.

To process your return, you may use the handwritten form in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale or submit a request to Instants Plaisirs message using the contact page. Once we receive your request, you may return your items (at your own expense and with tracking) well-protected in their original packaging to the address that will be provided to you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Instants Plaisirs refund the amounts paid within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions accepted when placing your order, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Special orders (made at the customer’s request).
