Return Request

Please make sure you comply with our before submitting your request.

14 days to change your mind
Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for an extended period (such as jewelry) and must not have come into contact with perfumed skin.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

→ Earrings (or single earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
→ Jewelry that is clearly personalized.
→ Special orders (made at the customer’s request).

Eligible
If your return request meets all of these conditions, you may submit a return request using the email form and specifying the item(s) you wish to return; you may also use the form in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

If you submit your request via email, you will receive a response with the mailing address for the return within 24–48 business hours (excluding holidays or workshop closures announced on the website).

Sending Your Return

Be sure to follow these shipping guidelines to ensure your package arrives safely.

Step 1
Make sure you have met the requirements listed on the "".

Step 2
Carefully pack your return using the cases/pouches provided with your shipment. If you wish, you may reuse the bubble envelope if it is in good condition.

Write the address provided in the return pre-request email, along with your order number (beginning with FA-), on the back of the envelope .

Step 3
Visit a "La Poste" location near you to mail your return package with tracking.

Step 4
The tracking number will allow you to track the shipment as it is processed at our facility; once we receive it, it will be processed within 14 days (exchange or refund).

Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order placed on Instants Plaisirs.

→ If you change your mind, for any reason, you can return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them.

→ You can request a refund or an exchange , provided you meet the following conditions:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason for your decision or incur any costs other than the return shipping costs.

→ Returns must be made in their original condition and include all components (packaging, accessories, etc.). You are responsible for the condition of the items during this process. Any damage sustained by the product during the return process may void your right of withdrawal.

→ Despite the care taken when preparing your orders, it may happen that the order does not match what you ordered (e.g., an item different from the one ordered). In this case, you must notify Instants Plaisirs by email as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt so that we can work together to find a solution.

Special Case: If you wish to return an item from an order that included a free piece of jewelry offered for purchases above a certain amount, you must return the free jewelry if the order total after the return is less than the amount required for the offer.

Special case: If you wish to return an order that includes a complimentary gift card offered with any purchase during a promotional period, the gift card will be deactivated and rendered unusable if the entire order is returned.

To process your return, you may use the handwritten form in Appendix 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or submit a request to Instants Plaisirs via the contact page. Once we receive your request, you may return your items (at your own expense and with tracking) to us, well-protected in their original packaging, to the address that will be provided to you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Instants Plaisirs will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions accepted when placing your order, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

→ Earrings (or single earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
→ Clearly personalized jewelry .
→ Special orders (made at the customer’s request).
