Article 8 - Delivery:

Instants Plaisirs to shipping products to the specified delivery address within the timeframe indicated at the time of order confirmation (1 to 4 business days). This timeframe may be longer for personalized products (the timeframe is indicated on the product page and on the dedicated pages) or during promotional periods or holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Advent calendars, After-Christmas calendars, Christmas).

During holiday periods, the next shipping date is displayed before the order is confirmed. Orders are then processed in chronological order starting from the date operations resume.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to inform the customer of any potential impact on the delivery time. If this extended delivery time is not acceptable, the customer may request cancellation of their order via the contact form: https://instants-plaisirs.com/pages/contact/. A refund will be issued within 14 days.

The legal deadline for delivery is 30 days after the order is confirmed.

In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier (La Poste, Bpost, Deutsche Post, Mondial Relay, etc.), the customer may contact Instants Plaisirs via the contact form so that an investigation can be launched with the carrier.

If there is a problem with the package upon delivery (damaged, opened, empty, etc.),the customer must file a claim with the carrier (for example, La Poste at 3631) and notify Instants Plaisirs as soon as possible.

Shipping Options:

  • La Poste Registered Mail: Delivered to the mailbox without a signature.

  • La Poste International Priority Tracked Package: Delivered to mailbox without requiring a signature.

  • La Poste Registered Colissimo Letter or Package: delivery upon signature or notification if the recipient is absent—full refund in accordance with La Poste’s terms and conditions in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

  • La Poste International Registered Parcel (Tracked): Delivery upon signature or notification if the recipient is absent—full refund subject to La Poste’s terms and conditions.

  • Mondial Relay: Delivery to a pickup point or locker selected by the customer. Pickup requires a valid ID or the locker code. No disputes regarding delivery will be accepted. In the event of identity theft or unauthorized access to email accounts, the customer must file a complaint with the authorities.

  • Colissimo with tracking, no signature required (Advent calendars / After): delivered to the mailbox without requiring a signature.

  • Colissimo with signature upon delivery (Advent calendars / After): delivery with signature or a notice left if the recipient is not home; full refund according to La Poste’s terms and conditions.

  • Chronopost 18: Delivery the day after shipment, by 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Instants Plaisirs change the original delivery method to delivery requiring a signature when the order value warrants it. If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to pick up the package at the corresponding post office.

If the address is incomplete (including cases where the name is missing from the mailbox) or incorrect, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, a fee may be charged for reshipment.

Free shipping on orders over €50 does not apply to the following products: Advent Calendar, After-Advent Calendar, and e-gift cards.

If an order that was notified but not claimed is returned to the sender (as evidenced by the delivery notification), the packaging and shipping costs may be re-billed or deducted from the refund. If an order is returned to the sender and the customer does not respond within six months despite follow-up notices, Instants Plaisirs dispose of the goods as it deems appropriate, without the possibility of a reshipment or refund.

Mondial Relay – How It Works and Special Provisions:

For orders shipped via Mondial Relay,the pickup location is selected after payment due to a technical limitation of the Shopify platform. The customer selects the pickup location or locker on the order confirmation page after payment.

If the customer does not select a pickup location within a reasonable time, two situations may arise:

  1. Instants Plaisirs ship the order to the delivery address provided by the customer or to a nearby pickup location, selecting an appropriate shipping method to avoid any delays; the customer may not contest this choice or holdInstants Plaisirs liable.

  2. Instants Plaisirs hold the order pending the selection of a pickup location in order to prevent a delivery error or a return to the sender. The customer may not demand a refund or compensation as a result of this delay.

The customer acknowledges that Mondial Relay may redirect the package to another pickup point or locker within the same area in the event of capacity issues, closure, logistical impossibility, or operational constraints. Such redirection does not constitute a breach of the delivery obligation and shall not give rise to any dispute or claim for compensation, provided that the package is made available at a pickup point within the same geographic area.

Delivery is considered complete once the scan confirming availability at the pickup point or locker has been recorded. In the event of identity theft during pickup or fraudulent use of the pickup code, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Any delivery made to the address provided by the customer is deemed to be in compliance, even if the package is handed over to a third party present at that address.

The use of a business or commercial address that is not part of an official pickup service is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Special cases related to international shipments:

Instants Plaisirs every effort to ship orders to the specified address. However, actual delivery may depend on customs restrictions specific to the destination country. If customs refuses the shipment, no refund or reshipment may be requested. The customer must provide an alternative address in another country for a new shipment, at their own expense. Otherwise, the order will be held for six months before being considered abandoned.
