Excluding the end-of-year period: Your order will be made up and dispatched within 24/48 working hours (excluding vacations and any instructions to the contrary on the website).

In the case of a personalized product, the order will be made up and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days (mentioned in the product description, excluding vacations and any instructions to the contrary on the website).

During promotional offers or holiday periods, the dispatch time may vary.

Extract from our delivery policy: Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the site(1-4 working days), the time may sometimes be longer (example: purchase of a creation jewel, shipping time may be up to 4 working days) during promotional offers or holiday periods (Example: Black Friday) without this being detrimental to Instants Plaisirs.

During vacations, the shipping date will be indicated when you place your order. 

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you (within 4 working days) to inform you of any consequences for the delivery time indicated.  
    In the event of late delivery by the carrier (La Poste / Mondial Relay), you cannot claim compensation from Instants Plaisirs.
      In the event of an anomaly upon receipt (damaged package, opened package, package not received, empty package...), you must file a claim with the carrier (in this case the The post office, by calling 3631) and inform Instants Plaisirs within 2 working days.

        Delivery problems must be resolved with the carrier first, and Instants Plaisirs cannot be held responsible. 

        Delivery options

        • Letter with La Poste tracking (sent by e-mail at time of shipment): Deposit in letterbox. No insurance in case of loss/theft/damage. Goods always travel at your own risk.
        • Point relais - Mondial Relay with tracking (sent by e-mail upon dispatch): Drop-off at the relay point selected when placing your order. Orders are collected on presentation of proof of identity or e-mail.
        • Priority international parcel with La Poste tracking: Letter-box delivery. No insurance in case of loss/theft/damage by the post office.
        • La Poste registered letter or parcel colissimo: Delivery against signature - Full refund in case of loss/theft/damage by the post office.
        • International registered parcel with tracking by La Poste: Delivery against signature - Full refund in case of loss/theft/damage by post.
        • Colissimo suivi sans signature (Advent calendars / After) : Mailbox delivery without signature.

        • Colissimo with signature delivery (Advent calendars / After)  Delivered against signature or notified if the recipient is absent - Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage by post.

        Instants Plaisirs reserves the right to change the delivery method to delivery against signature depending on the value of the order. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that you can collect your order from the post office at your delivery address.

        *Free delivery on purchases over €80 does not apply to the following products: Advent Calendar, Après Calendar.

        Mondial Relay's delivery time: On average, delivery takes between 3 and 6 working days (Tuesday to Saturday). This is slower than for a parcel sent by La Poste, but gives you a wide choice of delivery addresses.

        In the event of an incomplete address or incorrect delivery address being provided, and therefore a return by the sender on the part of La Poste, the new shipment will be invoiced in addition to the original order.

        In the event of a return shipment for an order that has been notified but not claimed (Shipup notification of the opening of the notification e-mail serving as proof), packaging and shipping costs may again be invoiced. In the case of a refund, the equivalent of these costs may be deducted from the refund.
