How can I personalize my future piece of jewelry?

First, it's important to select the desired option: with or without engraving, single-sided or double-sided, classic chain or beaded chain, depending on the product.
② Specify your engraving
Next, simplyindicate your desired engravingin the boxes provided (front and/or back).
③ Select your entry type
You can choose from 5 "fonts," so the choice is yours!
④ Please provide details
If you would like to provide additional details regarding your engraving (for example: engrave the date 01.01.20, followed by the next sentence on a new line, etc.) , simply enter them in the box provided for that purpose.
⑤ Would you like to add a symbol?
It's possible! You can specify the symbol you want like this: "01.01.20 Symbol 1 (which corresponds to the heart)." The available symbols are shown in the dedicated photo for each product that supports this feature. For more symbols, feel free to read on.
Choosing a Writing Style
Because the choice of font is very important for ensuring the engraving looks harmonious depending on the type of text (phrase, date), we offer 5 different fonts: Modern, Handwritten, Roman, Script, and Pen.
We also offer the option to engrave a custom "font" that you have sent us in advance via email in a compatible file format (.ttf, .otf).
Add or engrave just one symbol? It's possible
We present the most popular symbols; however, just as with text, you can send us your font file in .ttf or .otf format with the symbol embedded. This will allow us to fulfill your request.

What is gold-plated jewelry?
A piece of jewelry gold-plated is a piece of jewelry consisting of a brass base covered with a gold plating. All of our gold-plated jewelry features an 3-micron 18-karat. This type of plating is required to qualify as “gold-plated” in France. Less expensive than gold jewelry but with a beautiful golden luster and long-lasting quality, gold-plated jewelry holds an important place in our jewelry boxes—and that’s why we love offering it to you on our website.
How do you care for and clean gold-plated jewelry? 💧
Gold-plated gold-plated, just like silver, can tarnish over time. Several factors can affect how it changes over the years. To keep it looking its best for as long as possible, it’s best to take off your gold-plated jewelry when you go to the beach and the ocean, and to avoid exposure to cosmetics (perfume, creams, etc.) and to remove them before household choresand sports.
⚠️ The gold-plated requires special care to prevent damage to the gold layer; avoid harsh products such as vinegar or baking soda. To clean your gold-plated and restore its shine, the gentlest and most effective method is Marseille soap :
→ Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and add a little Marseille soap.
→ Soak your jewelry for 5 to 10 minutes.
→ Gently scrub with a toothbrush very soft toothbrush or a soft cloth.
→ Rinse with lukewarm water and dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Jewelry Care - 925 Silver
What is 925 silver jewelry?
Jewelry made of 925 silver is jewelry that meets the 925/1000. This means that these pieces are composed of at least 92.5% pure silver. To make it malleable and maintain a certain hardness, other metals are added to the alloy, such as copper.
Please note that most of our silver jewelry is rhodium-plated. An additional layer of rhodium is added to protect it.
How do you care for and clean silver jewelry? 💧
This precious metal naturally tarnishes and darkens over time when exposed to air and moisture. Several factors can influence how a piece of silver jewelry will change over the years. In particular, the acidity of the skin, which varies from person to person. To slow down oxidation, we recommendremoving your silverjewelry when swimming in the ocean and in the pool, as well as while doing household chores and participating in sports. It is also advisable to avoid contact with cosmetics such as perfume , for example.
To restore their shine, baking soda is a particularly effective solution. There are also cleaning kits available specifically designed for this purpose.
→ Mix a spoonful of baking soda with a little water to make a paste.
→ Apply gently to the jewelry using a cloth or a soft brush.
→ Gently rub.
→ Rinse thoroughly and dry it.
Finally, store your jewelry in a dry place, in its case, away from light, when you are not wearing it.

What is stainless steel jewelry?

For your stainless steel, dish soap is a simple and effective way to restore its shine without risking damage to the surface:
→ Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and add a few drops of dish soap.
→ Soak your jewelry for a few minutes.
→ Gently scrub with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt.
→ Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
→ Dry immediately with a clean cloth to prevent streaks.

How do you clean jewelry made of natural stones and set with gemstones? 💎

Natural Stone Bracelets → Avoid impacts and stretching; simply clean with a soft cloth.
Necklaces and pendants → Be careful with delicate chains; clean them without soaking them for long periods.
Stone rings → Remove them when doing housework or exercising to avoid scratches and impacts.
Earrings → Gently clean the posts and clasps with a clean cloth.
Gemstone Jewelry (set stones) → Avoid impacts that could loosen the stones; do not let them soak for long periods (especially if the stones are glued in place); and clean them gently with a soft cloth without rubbing excessively. Be sure to check regularly that the stones are securely fastened.
