→ Enfilez vos bijoux après votre routine beauté (parfum, crème, maquillage…),
→ Retirez-les avant le sport, la baignade ou les tâches ménagères,
→ Évitez le contact avec les produits chimiques et cosmétiques,

Un bijou plaqué or est un bijou composé d’une base en laiton recouvert d’un placage d’or. Tous nos bijoux en plaqué or disposent d’un placage 3 microns 18 carats. Ce type de placage est nécessaire pour obtenir l’appellation “plaqué or” en France. Moins coûteux que les bijoux en or mais possédant un joli éclat doré et une qualité durable, les bijoux plaqué or ont donc une place importante dans nos boîtes à bijoux, et c’est pour toutes ces raisons que nous aimons vous les proposer sur le site.
Comment entretenir et nettoyer un bijou en plaqué or ? 💧
Les bijoux en plaqué or, tout comme l’argent, peuvent ternir dans le temps. Plusieurs éléments peuvent affecter son évolution au fil des années. Afin de prolonger longtemps leur éclat, il est conseillé de retirer vos bijoux en plaqué or lors des sorties à la plage et à la mer, d’éviter l’exposition à des produits cosmétiques (parfum, crèmes...) et de les ôter pour les tâches ménagères et le sport.
⚠️ Le plaqué or nécessite une attention particulière pour ne pas altérer la couche d'or, évitez les produits agressifs comme le vinaigre ou le bicarbonate. Pour nettoyer votre bijou en plaqué or et lui rendre de l’éclat, la méthode la plus douce et efficace est le savon de Marseille :
→ Remplissez un bol d’eau tiède et ajoutez un peu de savon de Marseille.
→ Trempez vos bijoux pendant 5 à 10 minutes.
→ Frottez délicatement avec une brosse à dents très souple ou un chiffon doux.
→ Rincez à l’eau tiède et séchez immédiatement avec un chiffon doux et non pelucheux.

What is 925 sterling silver jewelry?
Les bijoux en argent 925 sont des bijoux à la norme 925/1000ème. C'est-à-dire que ces bijoux sont composés au minimum à 92,5% d’argent pur. Dans le but de pouvoir être travaillé et de maintenir une certaine dureté, d’autres métaux entrent dans la composition, comme par exemple le cuivre.
Notez qu’une grande partie de nos bijoux en argent sont rhodiés. Une couche supplémentaire de Rhodium est ajoutée pour les protéger.
Comment entretenir et nettoyer un bijou en argent ? 💧
Ce métal précieux ternit et noircit naturellement dans le temps au contact de l’air et de l’humidité. Plusieurs facteurs peuvent influer sur la manière dont va évoluer un bijou en argent durant les années. Notamment l’acidité de la peau, qui est différente et propre à chacun. Dans le but de ralentir son oxydation, nous recommandons de retirer vos bijoux en argent lors des baignades dans la mer et dans la piscine, ainsi que lors de la réalisation des tâches ménagères et activités sportives. Il est également conseillé d’éviter le contact avec des produits cosmétiques tels que le parfum par exemple.
Pour leur redonner de l’éclat, le bicarbonate de soude constitue une solution naturelle particulièrement efficace. Il existe également des kits de nettoyage adaptés.
→ Mélangez une cuillère de bicarbonate avec un peu d’eau pour créer une pâte.
→ Appliquez doucement sur le bijou avec un chiffon ou une brosse douce.
→ Frottez délicatement.
→ Rincez abondamment et séchez.

Pour vos bijoux en acier inoxydable, le liquide vaisselle est une méthode simple et efficace pour leur redonner de l’éclat sans risque d’abîmer la surface :
→ Remplissez un bol d’eau tiède et ajoutez quelques gouttes de liquide vaisselle.
→ Plongez vos bijoux pendant quelques minutes.
→ Frottez délicatement avec un chiffon doux ou une brosse souple pour enlever les saletés.
→ Rincez soigneusement à l’eau claire.
→ Séchez immédiatement avec un chiffon propre pour éviter les traces.

Comment nettoyer ses bijoux en pierres naturelles et empierrés ? 💎
Entretien selon le type de bijou 💧
Bracelets en pierres naturelles → Évitez les chocs et les étirements, nettoyez simplement avec un chiffon doux.
Colliers et pendentifs → Faites attention aux chaînes fines, nettoyez sans tremper longuement.
Bagues en pierres → Retirez-les pour les tâches ménagères ou le sport afin d’éviter rayures et chocs.
Boucles d’oreilles → Nettoyez délicatement les tiges et fermoirs avec un chiffon propre.
Bijoux empierrés (pierres serties) → Évitez les chocs qui peuvent desserrer les pierres, ne les laissez pas tremper longtemps (surtout si les pierres sont collées), et nettoyez délicatement avec un chiffon doux sans frotter excessivement.
