Our answers to your questions:
Your lovely orders
As long as the law allows us to do so and we can continue to take all the necessary precautions for our team, we will continue to prepare and ship your lovely orders from our workshop in Brittany.
Deliveries in France and abroad
Our partner La Poste remains active and continues to deliver letters and parcels. Therefore, unless otherwise indicated, we can continue to ship within the usual timeframes, but there may be delays in delivery due to a possible reduction in staff at sorting and distribution centers. We appreciate your patience and understanding ♡
La Poste's partner companies abroad (Bpost, Deutsche Post, Correos) are also continuing to provide delivery services, although delays may occur depending on the country and the measures in place there.
Returns processing
Unless otherwise specified, we will continue to accept your returns. Processing will take place as usual within 14 days of receipt at our premises.
Email management
Once again, in line with our usual practice, we will continue to respond to your emails (general questions, questions about jewelry customization, engraving) within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends).
