Our answers to your questions:
Your beautiful orders
As long as legislation allows and we can continue to take all the necessary precautions for our team, we will continue to prepare and ship your beautiful orders from our workshop in Brittany.
Deliveries in France and abroad
Our partner La Poste remains active and ensures the delivery of letters and parcels, therefore, unless otherwise indicated, we can continue to ship within the usual times only it is possible that delays in delivery come linked to a possible reduction in staff at sorting and distribution centers. We therefore ask for your patience and understanding ♡
La Poste's partner companies abroad (Bpost, Deusche Post, Correos) are also continuing to ensure delivery. Here too, delays may occur depending on the country and the measures in force there.
Processing returns
Unless otherwise indicated, we will continue to be able to receive your returns. Returns will be processed as usual within 14 days of receipt at our premises.
E-mail management
Here again, we will continue to process your e-mails (general questions, questions about jewelry customization, engraving) within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends).
