Politique d'expédition

 

Article 8 des CGV du site Instants Plaisirs - Livraison :

Instants Plaisirs undertakes to dispatch the products to the delivery address and within the time limit mentioned on the order confirmation page (1-4 working days). The time limit may be longer in the case of an order for a personalized product requiring a longer production time (indicated on the product sheet) and/or during promotional offers or holiday periods (Example: Black Friday, Advent Calendars, Calendars de l'Après, Christmas).

During vacations, the next shipment date will be indicated when you place your order. Orders will be processed in order of shipment from this date. 

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you as soon as possible to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time.

If, in spite of everything, the time announced during these periods is not convenient for you, you have the possibility of cancelling your order, for that it is necessary to forward to us this request by using our form of contact: https: //instants-plaisirs.com/pages/contact

Cancellation and refund will take place within 14 days of your request.

The deadline for delivery is 30 days from the validation of your order.

In the event of late delivery by the carrier (La Poste, Bpost, Deutsch Post etc...), you can send us an e-mail using our contact form: https: //instants-plaisirs.com/pages/contact so that we can contact the carrier.

In the event of an anomaly upon receipt (damaged or open package, empty package, etc.), you may file a claim with the carrier (La Poste, by telephone at 3631) and must inform Instants Plaisirs as soon as possible using our contact form.

Delivery options :

- Letter with La Poste tracking (sent by e-mail at time of shipment): Letterbox delivery without signature.

- Priority international parcel with La Poste tracking: Letter-box delivery without signature.

- La Poste registered letter or parcel: Delivered against signature or notified if the addressee is absent - Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage by the post office.

- International registered parcel with La Poste tracking: Delivery against signature or notified if the addressee is absent - Full refund in the event of loss/theft/damage by the post office.

- Mondial Relay (envois en France avec adresse de facturation française uniquement) : Livraison au point relais ou locker indiqué lors du passage de votre commande. La remise conditionne la présentation d'une pièce d'identité ou du code du locker pour être retiré, aucune contestation de livraison ne peut donc être demandée concernant la livraison. Vous pouvez cependant déposer plainte auprès des autorités compétentes en cas d'usurpation d'identité ou d'un accès à vos e-mails.

- Colissimo suivi sans signature (calendriers de l'Avent / Après) : Dépôt en boîte aux lettres sans signature.

- Colissimo avec remise contre signature (calendriers de l'Avent / Après)  : Remise contre signature ou avisé si le destinataire est absent- Remboursement complet en cas de perte/vol/détérioration de la poste.

Instants Plaisirs reserves the right to modify the method of delivery by a method of delivery with delivery against signature according to the value of the order, in the event of absence with the delivery a transit advice note will be left in order to be able to go to withdraw your order with the post office counter of your address of delivery.

In the event of an incomplete address (including a missing name on the letterbox) or incorrect delivery address provided, and therefore a return shipment from La Poste, the new shipment will be invoiced in addition to the original order.

Free delivery on purchases over €80 does not apply to the following products: Advent Calendar, Après Calendar.

In the event of a return shipment for an order that has been notified but not claimed (Shipup notification of the opening of the notification e-mail serving as proof), packaging and shipping costs may again be invoiced. In the case of a refund, the equivalent of these costs may be deducted from the refund.

En cas de retour expéditeur et en l'absence de réponse du client malgré une ou plusieurs relances effectuées sur une période de six mois, une fois ce délai dépassé Instants Plaisirs se réserve le droit de disposer des biens de la manière qu'il jugera appropriée, sans que le client puisse prétendre à un nouvel envoi ou à un remboursement.

Instants Plaisirs makes every effort to ship orders to the address indicated by the customer. However, we cannot guarantee actual receipt of packages due to possible customs restrictions or other decisions by the local authorities of the destination country. In the event of refusal of the goods by the customs authorities of the country of delivery, no reimbursement or return can be demanded, except by exceptional agreement on our part.

In such a situation, the customer will be required to provide an alternative address in another country for a new shipment, at his own expense. Failing this, the order will be held for six months.
